The Bodygraph

System MapCore Concept

The Bodygraph is the mechanical map of a form’s fixed Natal Design. It is a visual representation, or circuit matrix, of the internal structural wiring that organizes how a form processes conditioning from the environment. It shows Centers, Channels, and Gates, and how they mechanically connect (Definition) or remain open (Openness).

The Bodygraph is not the design itself. It is a mechanical model, a tool for rendering the design’s structural conditions into observable form. The Bodygraph does not “cause” behavior; it reflects the mechanical architecture through which behavior, cognition, and experience are filtered.

It is also commonly referred to as a Chart or Rave Chart.
