Emotional Authority

Emotional Authority is the Inner Authority of anyone with a defined Solar Plexus Center. Because the Solar Plexus stands first in the authority hierarchy, its process takes precedence over every other possible decision signal in the Bodygraph.

The Solar Plexus moves through a continuous Emotional Wave. A strong yes at a high point and a strong no at a low point are both real experiences, but neither is complete. There is No Truth in the Now: decisions require enough time for the wave to change and for a steadier clarity to emerge across more than one emotional state.

Emotional clarity is not certainty, emotional neutrality, or a prescribed waiting period. It is a gradually consistent sense that remains after the initial high, low, excitement, fear, or urgency has shifted. Depending on the decision, that may take hours, days, or longer.

Strategy determines which decisions are mechanically available; Emotional Authority determines when there is sufficient clarity to commit. A sacral Response, a recognized invitation, or an impulse to act does not override the need to wait through the wave.
